Refund Policy 

• If a participant withdraws from a course within 48 hours before the day of the workshop, they may receive a full refund or reach an alternate arrangement with virtual camp;
• Alternate arrangements may include registering for a future workshop.

Cancellation policy 

• Virtual camp  reserves the right to cancel a course at any time. 
• Virtual Camp  will refund all payments made by a participant if a course is cancelled by Virtual Camp, unless alternative arrangements acceptable to the participant can be made.
